Total 1536 street light points are there out of which almost 1500 Sodium Vapour Lights have been replaced with LED lights thereby resulting into a savings of 6.25 lakh units on account of electricity bills.

A pilot project on solar rooftop power plant has been completed and the entire load of CB primary school has been put on solar panels. More decentralized rooftop SPV plants are planned.
