The timing of grievances is from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 to 17:00 hours or in writing to Chief Executive Officer, Ambala Cantt:

File Management Software (FMS)

1.File Management System is running successfully in the office for better management of office record. 2.All the files have been added to the system and each file/ledgers carries unique number, that makes the system more smooth.

3.System can be accessed from all computers in the office for searching the location of any file in the office.

4.Every time a new file is opened by the staff, the same is sent to the record keeper and is added to the File Management System by the record keeper.
